This is probably the worst experience we had.
- sofa/cushion is so stained and dirty that we had to put the towels over the sofa before sitting. There again, unsure of the towels provided are clean.
- table and walls are stained badly.
- roaches spotted in kitchen and sometimes room. This happens even if we empty the bin daily and kept no food on the table.
- bad smelling toilets
- stove provided but gas not on. Effectively disabling any cooking.
Don't be tricked by the nice photos provided. Tried to upload the photos of actual condition, but doesn't seem to show.
The only reason for 2 stars is due to the gym and swimming pool - which you can book other rooms in this residence via other booking platforms. Avoid this please. Don't make the same mistake as us.
The place isn't clean surprisingly as they charged RM40 cleaning from their customers. The sofa bed is worn out and not stabil. There is ants everywhere in the house. The amount of dust at the back of bed frame shows how long they last cleaned up properly. The water was clogging as I showered. Only plus thing is so car parking was just in front of entrance. Really disappointed with this place.
