Rude staff, dirty room 29/08/2020
Staff is so rude, they face act as you owe them 100 million, I have more than 200 times hotel staying experience, this time is the worst I ever had. (A big sizes Chinese & and a Malay Lady)
The room is extremely dirty, with a lot of cockroaches, cockroach went to my food on the table, the side table suddenly appears a big size cockroach, cause my kid whole night afraid to close their eye.
One of the room for my parents was extremely smelly, when we request to change the room, the staff question us, what so smelly, the way like we are cheating to them, OMG~pls la, we are paying you to get some services, not for you to torture us.
I Will not return to this Hotel anymore, even it is free.
Not sure why they labeled as 4 star .. the experience more like 2 star hotel.. Room got many flaws especially cleanliness.. staff cannot nego for late check out .. even 90% hotel room empty
Not comfortable to stay..... Towel to old...... Each room provide 1towel... swimming pool cant use..... Gym and swimming pool needs maintenance Though...... Pillow not confort...... Aircon not cooling.... Fell hot.....

This a great hotel. I'm very pleased. I am staying here until the virus fear subsides. My new home for at least 3 weeks. Very helpful staff. Great price per night.
