Undoubtably a beautiful place, clean and well taken care of. The plants and choice of furnishing all works well and leaves one feeling away from your daily. Yet having a four star rating I’d expect four star service. Our room were given four hours late. A promise was made that we could also check out four hours later yet were rushed to be out before the promised time. A fairly cold night we had in the dinning area and the gas for the heater finished mid way through the night. No refund, complete denial to the agreements made when booking and rushing us out only left us with a sour feel for a ‘four star’ establishment. For the price, expectations and social media posts. I was truly disappointed.

excellent place, private and intimate, the service is so good and the place is so clean. Shamiso, is such a good host. l really enjoyed my birthday party
