My check in was a disaster after realizing that my ID and passport which I had locked in the safe were no longer there. I nearly had a heart attack. After calling for help, twenty minutes later I heard that my documents were found. Explanations to do with miscommunication were provided by the management. The first few days of my stay were full of worry over security of my things. I got easy with time, though.

The hotel was not what we expected. The first day we had problem with our internet (poor signal) and we were moved to a different room, which seemed appropriate. However, in the second room we found out that the international plugs (US, Europe, etc) only worked if the lights were on. Can you believe that? We had to keep our lights on so we could charge our phones for the next day.
Something else that happened to us is that our fridge was not working. I asked the front desk to send mainatansnce and that took a while. At least it was sorted.
The day after we came back to our room to find out that no towels were left for us. It took almost one hour (after contacting front desk and housekeeping over and over) to get our towels. That was bad! :/
The breakfast is not worth it at all (180R per person). You can have a lovely breakfast at Starbucks (very close) for less than 80R.
Some of the staff was quite rude, but in general terms I would say acceptable.
Very comfortable stay,despite covid 19
Room was good, Dinner was good, Service was good; However, Bathroom was not 100% clean and Breakfast was very dissapointing :-(
