If it weren't for the chef who tried to extort money by a "demanded" tip from us, the trip would have ended on a high note... 3 stars and less is deserving.
But because the staff member we tried to discreetly find from on what was the expected conduct brought it to the attention of management and without us reporting the incident management came to apologise... I take it up to 4 stars.
It's a wonderful place. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very pretty view by a lake, professional and friendly staff, lovely suits and great food! But drinking water is not complementary, the TV has 16 stations; and 3 of them have no sound, 3 are the same channel and the stations reboot randomly with no warning. The hotel is also located in a difficult to find crevice of the city.
Lovely spot to kick back and relax. Friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Loved sitting/ lounging outside next to the stunning pool......and an amazing spa just a few steps away
I made a booking and due to covid I had to cancel. They have not returned my money and no one answers my emails. Their finance lady told me month end , it's month end I still have not received the money.
I've spoken to the manager who himself has not been helpful. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Breathtaking views, the room given was exceptional and highlight was definitely the oversized king bed. Staff was helpful and friendly - highly recommended stay.
