These bungalows have all you need for a holiday. Small but the one we stayed in had air con, small kitchenette, and tv. Was very clean and bed was comfortable. Nice terrace to sit out. Pool area was great. Loved it and will probably go back as the price was great.
Lovely chilled spot, all basics provided, hosts very friendly and welcoming. Nice clean pool and solarium. Right in the heart of things, the place to be!
It is great bungalows 2 minutes walk to the beach Affordabel prices but since they originally was built for summer Holliday rentals and made of brick we were a bit worried to rent it when it was the wintertime the staff is so service minded and as a lot of our arrivals are at midnight. They put in an owen and leave the keys inside. Even the Day we leave and the flight leaves in the evening (as long as they are not booked the day we are leaving ) they let us check out so our travel home is so relaxing as we can stay there until we have to go to the airport so no stress finding something to do until our flight home goes. And the don't charges extra for staying longer. Ask for Danny the woman in charge she is great and she goes out of her way to find available appartment. Just say Juan and Charlotte recommended her due to she is the most service minded person every time. People are not good enough to give credit when credit so I like to send them positive reviews when it's earned.is due. Thx for all our nice stays. Rgds Charlotte & Juan.
The bungalow was ideally situated about 50m from a lovely bay with bars, restaurants and shops along the promenade. It looked as if it was freshly painted. We stayed in mid February. We were warmly met and showed round to the bungalow. We were given the address of the maintenance person to contact if need be at any time. This concerned us a little about possible problems. It was cold inside and the reversible aircon was inefficient and did not warm the house enough. We used a plug in radiator to help but that, plus a kettle boiling fused the electricity up to 7 times. The maintenance person did not turn up. There were inadequate electric sockets everywhere. In the bedroom the bedside lights had to drape along the pillows to a central socket - but for one person only. My light didn't work either. The bathroom was newish with a good shower but nowhere to put bottles, tubes etc and no plug in the washbasin. In the kitchen there was only one socket so boiling the kettle and using the toaster at the same time wasn't possible. The oven worked once, then didn't work. Kitchen cooking utensils were a slice, pair of scissors and a spoon. Not enough. Although the bungalow was supposed to be for 4 (sofa bed in living room) it would have been difficult to manage in the space, fewer than 4 glasses and only exactly 4 knives, forks and spoons. Maybe in summer these problems would seem less (heating not needed and maybe eating out always) but the sockets and decent electricity are needed all year. We rent out our own flat and provide far more for less expense. It was quite a shock to see such poor provision. We would stay in Xabia again but not in these bungalows.
