The location is nice but the building is without any charm as in other Paradores and also is quite warn out. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast which was not “buffet libre” but you had to ask for waiters for everything.
Only visited for a coffee today, very pleasant location.
Nice garden. The hotel looks simple. We waited for some time on the terrace to be served, but no-one came, so we went to Arenal for coffee, much better.
Superb location, staff very attentive and efficient.
We are currently staying here. Wow what a hotel. Great parking facilities, very important as we are on a six week drive around Europe. Great and friendly service at reception thank you. The room is fabulous. Nice and clean and complete with modern “limed timber” furniture throughout. The bed is very comfortable with two nice pillows giving lots of options for comfortable sleeping positions. Lovely crisp white sheets and fresh towels each day. The aircon is nice and quiet! Sockets around the bedside, not around the back of the tv!!! Wonderful. Breakfast was fabulous. I’ll post a picture tomorrow. Lots of lovely spacious tables with lovely view over the very well kept gardens. Haven’t tried the pool yet. Thank you Parador. Great hotel.
