My husband surprised me on my Birthday to stay one night in this beautiful Hotel, all the staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly!
The hotel is decorated with so much taste!
We stayed on the 3rd floor and if you wake up, all you see is the sea and a beautiful sunrise!
Definitely a beautiful Birthday present especially in this Covid restrictions times!
Simply amazing. We didn’t stay but we went for brunch and the quality of the ingredients and coffee worth it all! We had Benedict eggs with salmon and a toast, and it was delicious. You definitely gotta try the coffee here. Highly recommended! ✨
Unbelievable experience - this boutique hotel just opened and it’s probably one of the best places where we stayed. Loved lunch in Terra (the oysters and lobster pasta were amazing) and the Sherlock’s Pipe in the Sky Bar. Have already recommended to my friends and we will be back whenever we can travel again. Congrats to the whole team !!
This review is bassed upon the two visits that i have had here. This review will be more for their resturant and their bar on the roof rather than the hotel, as i hav no booked myself a room here as of yet.
The resturant:
I visited the place upon an impulse visit while looking from the outside. An inviting ibizan style theme throughout the establishment with warm and welcoming colour themes. The menu in itself that i experienced was a tempory menu (what i can not blame them for due to everyone suffering from the pandemic).
It was a simple but rather enticing menu for all the foodie lovers. I started with a simple starter of salmon and it was utterly gorgious. Very fresh and full with flavour. For a main it was solomillo with potatoes. Again huge flavour bursts. Very tasty and left me wanting more.
After i decided to go for their cocktails in the bar. I had one of thei menu cocktails and god all mighty. The best cocktails here in javea with ease. Professionally done, homemade syrups with quality foundation spirits. Amazing! Having my 2nd now on my 2nd visit and it was full of flavour
Now these arent complaints, this is a personal nitpick.
With the resturant, staff and all politie and amazing, however i would have liked (for myself) a tiny bit more food. But thats just my taste, as i understand the theme they are looking for. Again, this is just my opinion and does not impact the quality it was.
Now the bar:
The menu, while poetic, for somebody who is new to the cocktail world, it was a little bit confusing. While i understood it, for someone like my brother who isnt used to this, he was left rather confused what the drinks where. Perhaps provide a simplified version also? Maybe also some pictures of the drinks to entice the drinkers further?
Besides that. By far the best cocktails here in javea. Do not change up the quality. Gonna become my regular for my fix for a proper cocktail.
Highly recommended for anybody looking for a lovely afternoon/night out.
