Nice little hotel close to beach (you don't even need to cross any busy roads ). It has a restaurant and bar or you can choose from plenty of dining near bye . There is a land train in the summer months to the sandy beach of the Arenal . Where there are more restaurants. No driving involved. Parking can be an issue at curtain times of the year and at curtain times.
The Miramar has I believe 2 or 3 floors but the only downside there is no lift .
It helps to know a bit of Spanish for booking in .
I have stayed here more than once at various times of year . Most enjoyable.
Excellent situation right next to the beach. Nice to hear the waves at night. Room a little basic but having a balcony is great.

For a 2 star hotel, it is surprisingly good in the heart of the city, close to everything! Staff is so nice, helpful and friendly! Rooms are clean! They deserve 3 stars!
Excellent family run hotel in Javea, just a couple of metres from the beach. Very comfortable with a bar/restaurant on the ground floor overlooking the shoreline, with the port in the background . Highly recommended
