Walking distance to city center
Came here put quite high expectation, as this hotel is 4-stars hotel.
I ordered Deluxe King Room (King Bed Type) via OTA.
Arrived at 3.30 pm, checked in, and immediately went to my room. Found out that they gave me Twin Bed Room.
Went back to front office to change my room as I ordered before. First the frontman said that the room given based on availability, WHAT THE WHAT'S THE POINT OF MAKING AN ORDER? then he offered to merge the bed. Refused it and still ask for King Bed type. But.... He said that I had to wait for one hour to get the room ready.
Need to complain till at last the front women got this things clear by giving me the room as I ordered immediately.
But please, come on.. you dont tell your guest to wait one hour to get the room ready.

location is good, center of jakarta. but, the room is 2/5. the size is comfy, quite spacy, but the cleanliness of wc is meh. rain shower not workin'. receptionist's hospitality is 1/5. however the other officers are peasant. although the food is not so bad, but it served like in tavern, not buffet like usually guests expect. well, the restaurant's outdoor makes 'breakfast with a view' tho
Got a twin bed room when I paid for fullboard residential single. Got a smoking room, when I ordered for a non smoking room. My room smells bad when I enter the first time.
