The place was good. But sadly when I come here it was packed up. So it was hard to find a parking lot and I needed to wait for 2 hours for those. Other that it, the room itself was clean, checking in easily with friendly staff. 5 stars for the hospitality, and we also have breakfast packed up nicely.
The hotel is clean and feels new. There are no tables in any of the rooms - the staff told me. Some staff is nice. Some staff call you at 11am even though check-out is at noon.
It's always a pleasure to stay here, it's my 7th times now and everything still fantastic!!.
Except there is only breakfast box and rest are perfect. Good job
The hospitality and the service is excellent. I really like the simple modern design throughout the hotel, plus the stunning view from my room.
It would be more awesome if they could improve how their deposit works. Using cash for deposit is not very convenient, plus we have to wait to get it back when checking out for refund, it's too much of a hassle.
+: Good location (if you are on a business trip or need to visit Tanah Abang market). Staffs are quite friendly. Vending machine at the lobby is useful and it's reasonably priced. Overall interior design is clean and modern. Overall cleanliness is fine. Good value for money. Room is very bright.
-: Space in the room is pretty tight, and there's no table to put food/beverage - because I had the boxed breakfast, I had to sit on the bed while holding the bento box, which is a bit inconvenient. Placement of water kettle inside the table is a bit odd. Cleanliness can be much improved, especially in less exposed areas such as between the ridges of luggage rack/table under the clothes hanger/rack (very dusty and lots of hairs), under the bedside table (dusty), etc. Floor in shower area is slippery. Soundproofing can be better, I could hear people speaking at the lounge on first floor until late at night (I was in 103). In the morning, there's a gardener watering the plant in front of the window of 103, and I was a bit surprised because I opened the blind; so perhaps a notice beforehand is better, or find another solution to water the plant. The location is a double edged sword - the surrounding area looks a bit untidy and unsafe due to the many people hanging out/waiting/moving about on the sidewalk.
