Old hotel at the central kemang, good food and friendly staff. Rate is competitive. I believe parking fee everytime I get dropped off or picked up is really not necessary. Annoying and I felt ripped off
Ordered standard. Upgraded to deluxe by booking.com. Upgraded to jr suite upon check in. However.... Bathroom is dirty to the point can't use bathtub. Shower too shower. Bidet shower too far to reach. In room phone is dead. Must use WA foe room service. Hand sanitizer scarcely available throughout the hotel. Allows unmasked guest to check in and converse freely without any warning whatsoever.
Come breakfast time... Well... When i arrive no one can serve food. Its already past 7 in the morning.
Not really disapointed, but would never back again.
Friendly competent service good food and restaurant choices. Still quiet due to covid
