Don't choose smoking room, even you're a smoker. It's totally like a aquarium, minimal exhaust.
Bathroom floor didn't drain water properly, so thin moss was built up, slippery, could cause death.
Because of concrete floor without carpet, I was annoyed all over the night because someone above my room constantly move his furniture (or something).
Guys in front of my room open the door of their room (probably because of their own smoke) to get air. Unfortunately, they triggered fire alarm, at least 3 times that afternoon.
However, service was good. Water was good. AC was good. Cleanliness was mediocre.
Definitely won't go back there.

I booked a NOE room (breakfast included) for two (2) nights (26-28 Mar 2021) via Arch*p*l4go application and spent about IDR 650k. Perhaps this fare was not suitable for the ones who travel with backpack style, but I believe that it was not quite expensive for staycation in downtown area. The location of this accommodation was near enough from Kebayoran KRL station and could be reached by walking.
Once you entered the building, the security will welcome and guide you as the receptionist desk was not there (G level) but in LB level. The check in process went smooth. They provided me two (2) cards as per my request.
I got room in seventh level. It was clean. The standard amenities and toiletries were provided. They also provided a hairdryer in the bathroom without making a request for it in advance. I enjoyed my staying there so far.
The improvement area could be in:
a. Communication, clear information about the swimming pool location and its access there were not clearly delivered at the check in time. You had to ask them to get this information.
b. The curtain should regularly be checked and change. Its outer side (directing to the window) was fade and some of its material fell down.
c. There was no exhaust or air sucker (?) in the bathroom.
d. It took time to get the room cool after turned on the AC.
e. At the restaurant (during breakfast), they provided me with metal cutlery at the second day and they change it into plastic one in the third day. It made me confused. It was OK to me if using disposable cutlery in this pandemic time but apply this all the time, not in certain days only.
Is been 2 years I start logging in neo hotel kebayoran, is a nice place to be and all workers are so nice the service is fantabulous, the cleaning service are wonderful the security are well organised. The security lady Anita .and the cleaning service name syarip is nice and always make surethat the rooms are well taking care of. I love neo hotel kebayoran so much, I have been a regular customer
This Neo + hotel is a hotel chain from the archipelago group, it looks like the Neo in the range of budget hotel brand like the fave hotel in their group.
The plus sign of this Neo hotel may be that it has a swimming pool facility even though it is shared with residents of the Kebayoran Icon apartment. for the pool itself it is managed by a P3RS apartment so there are no towel facilities so bring it yourself from the room ...
The breakfast menu is also not too much but it is enough to make you full, for children over 5th - 12th being charged IDR 35 thousand is quite worth it too ...
During my stay I took the 40 sqm space room type which is divided into 2 rooms, a bedroom and a living room with a sofa and a dining table with 2 chairs also there was a kitchen sink if you need to wash dishes or glasses. the bathroom is quite spacious, there is a bathup and a separate rain shower.
The mattress uses a springbed with brand Zees (sweet dream for the rest of your life), feels comfortable and soft with clean white sheets, adding to the comfort while sleeping, get a room on the top floor 17th with a view towards the busy Jalan Ciledug Raya and there is also a special flyover for the busway which is quite interesting at night.
