Good place, but was so many changes because the new rules of co-vid. Spa was close, not possible have dinner in restaurant, only room service... one day forgot to clean our room.
Staff so slowly in reception.
But in any case they try do there best and help in all questions. Good coffee for breakfast, and good cosmetic they put to shower. 4.5
I stayed for two nights on the studio apartment. The room was spacious and it filled with complete amenities, it came with toaster and rice cooker. I love the room's design and the price was really affordable. Ascott Sudirman is located at the heart of Jakarta, it is near the business district. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos.
Me and my friends enjoyed our stay in one of the Suite room for 3 BR. The apartment is clean and has a complete set for kitchen appliances. However, the cleaning service was not so meticulous because we have found other people's trash underneath the sofa.
Other than that, everything is fine and enjoyable. They have high beds but it's very comfortable. It's best for a staycation on weekends. The location is also very close to main spots in Jakarta.
NIce staff. Clean rooms. Reasonable pricing and walking distance to Lotte Avenue mall for your groceries and lunch.
3 nights staying here was remarkable! Good service, nice and clean room, following a good health protocol. But unfortunately breakfast served in box and we can’t have more, otherwise nice place to stay.
