There's non covid protocol in here.. Self awareness i guess

Located in a very strategic business center in Jakarta. Not very friendly receptionist, clean rooms, good ventilation. Recommended for business trips

Location is good. Staff is excellent and very helpful. Had problem with air conditioning in the room and I reported it around 11pm but they sent someone to check immediately. Then changed my room so nothing to complain about. Service is more important. I recommend the hotel to all.

Good hotel, some areas a little bit uncleaned due to closing since pandemic

Above average, but too standard for a 4* hotel. Location is good, close to food, shopping area and many more. What I dislike the most is, the fact that the non-smoking floor smells of smoking at its common area both aisle and close to elevator. Breakfast and other facilities OK.
