It hit different from the last time I spent the night here.
Still remember the warm welcoming fluffy person with his big smile who greeted me the last time (maybe it's the owner?). Now it feels different, the front office greeted me without emotions, more like a robot which programmed to do. I mean, this is a hospitality business, and the biggest key difference is how you make your costumer feels. Smile - which sometimes forgotten - is effortless, yet it is priceless.
Maybe I was expecting too high.
Good looking in the front of building..Sometimes too noisy its caused by other customer..need more upgrade in room.. example: more option of TV channel only 7ch. The bed lil bit old. Too simple breakfast.
