The room is clean and cozy enough but many things need to be improved. Water from shower doesnt flow smoothly. The hotel provides kettle,coffee,sugar and tea but I coulndt find cup/mug and spoon anywhere. The food is below average and I dont like it. My company booked this hotel for my quarantine period after flight during pandemic so maybe the service is a bit different.

VERY UNPLEASANT STAY, BECAUSE MY GIRLFRIEND LOST HER HELMET THERE DURING AN ANNOYING EVENT WHICH THEY HELD AT THE ROOFTOP, ALL THE ALAY GUEST STOLE THE HELMET WHEN THEY FINISH THE NOISY EVENT, AND ON BREAKFAST TIME, THEY RESTRICT THE GUEST TO EAT AT THE ROOFTOP, BECAUSE OF THEIR PROTOCOLS, BUT THEY HELD THE EVENT NIGHT BEFORE AT THE ROOF TOP WITHOUT SOCIAL DISTANCING!!!! THE FOOD THEY PROVIDED WAS ALSO TASTE LIKE TRASH AND CHEAP, JUST WHY?
Cozy place for staycation or refreshing. Well, the room is good, also the water heater is good. I love the big pillow so much hehe
Good place to rest & spend your time with your friends & family, but a lil bit less uncomfortable with several facilities. But, I don't mind it~
