Pro :
1. Very strategic location in the heart of Jakarta.
2. Affordable price compared to other hotels in this area.
3. Large parking area.
4. Bath tub! It's rare to found hotel room with bath tub in this area with lower rate.
Cons :
1. Electric door key was broken, I had to visit receptionist few times to fix the problem.
2. Faulty deposit box, and they were very slow to fix it. We bring 2 laptops and other valuables, and we had to took them everywhere we go.
3. Wifi was dead. They did nothing to fix the wifi.
4. Small cochroachs in bathroom.
5. No swimming pool.
Unfortunately it was not a pleasant hotel experience for us. There are so many other hotels in this area, with same price range and better hotel facility. hope they would fix the problem ASAP.

Location is amazing, near sabang food area and the city centre for shopping.
Room is clean and comfortable although a bit spartan with only basic amenities.
The biggest problem is the water. The first minute flow smells. Although it is getting better afterwards.
What I love from this place are the location that really strategic and near so many public places and streetfood. You can find bar's and cafe everywhere, minimart, restaurant, mall, and safe pedestrian area.
