Surprisingly underated hotel!
Ok let me break it down.
Pros;
Bed is very comfortable and they provide more than enough fluffy pillows (for a small family like mine, this could mean war! Lol)
Bfast food is tasty! Especially the lontong sayur with the reddish soup, the selection provided was very good considering the price of the hotel (better check whether your child have to pay or not).
Pool is quite large in size and well maintained, with an operating minibar and the towel guy ready.
The health protocol was maintained by reducing half of the capacity for pool and bfast, you have to book for pool and gym, the gym is fully functional with quite good selection of equipment provided.
Parking space is spacious and they provide 4 elevators, so less queuing during peak.
They have a convenience store and ATM at the back of hotel (same floor as lobby).
Location is near pasar baru and Chinatown, very good if you are going to culinary traveling.
The most endearing factor is the service! Every staff is courteous with just the right tone. I almost lost my wedding ring but they managed to find it and contacted me when I arrived home (thumbs up for the house keeping team!)
Cons;
the lobby of hotel faces pintu air street, the back of the hotel faces samanhudi street which is the bigger one, and Google map will only direct you through pintu air street.
The room is not too big, if you have 2 small kids and planned to stay in the same room think again, better upgrade (I booked the cheapest one hehehe).
Overall I think I will be back here again and recommend this hotel!
Spending new year eve of 2020. it so quite in the middle of pandemic. the room was clean and I got monas view. it is placed near pasar baru and monas. so it is good for you if taking vacation in jakarta.

First of all I want to say thank you for having me; good location, beautiful lobby, huge room and the one thing to be highlighted: the breakfast spot was awesome. I really enjoyed my breakfast around Jakarta's city view.
The deluxe was quite clean, full of amenities with a great shower. One thing I didn't like is the painting frame behind my bed seems so cheap (the materials like plastic/cheap wood).
Overall, I will recommend this hotel to my colleagues.

This hotel the room is clean and staff service is good, but somehow the lift speed was too slow...perhaps the hote managementl can improve on this.
