An artistic, clean, and all in all a perfect staycation place in the center of Jakarta. There's no need to go outside since Waha Kitchen (the restaurant) provides excellent food, and the ambience makes you forget that it's a busy street outside. Will definitely stay here again in the near future.
Interior design of this place is a 5 star! Super cozy, great ambience, really2 great hospitality.

One of the best Hotels I have ever visited....very artistic place ...you can see it even before you enter the hotel....graffiti and arts everywhere around the hotel walls ...even the table and chairs are made uniquely...the customer service was the cherry on top for the place...these people are so friendly, My husband and I wonder every time, how these people so down to earth and genuine...Rooms are also very clean and fragrant... the verses which written on each package in the bathroom is kinda funny and creative, which light up your mood ...Also within the very small notice they arranged a birthday cake for my husband...that is very appreciated...Do recommend this place when you visit Jakarta...you can get great service within a neutral budget.....
Nice location, many warung for eating. All kinds of food is available at seconds walking distance. The room was good and comfy. Will stay again if needed.
It hit different from the last time I spent the night here.
Still remember the warm welcoming fluffy person with his big smile who greeted me the last time (maybe it's the owner?). Now it feels different, the front office greeted me without emotions, more like a robot which programmed to do. I mean, this is a hospitality business, and the biggest key difference is how you make your costumer feels. Smile - which sometimes forgotten - is effortless, yet it is priceless.
Maybe I was expecting too high.
This hotel is situated in Cikini, Menteng, Central Jakarta, this Capsule Hotel is specially designed for backpackers. It has quite complete facilities such as free wifi, comfy rooms and the price that they offered is quite cheap and includes breakfast. Easy to access and close to Cikini train station. Unfortunately, the hotel which consists of 5 floors does not have a lift. So, have to go up by stairs and the bathroom provided is shared. I chose a mixed dormitory room for 10 people. Overall, the staff is friendly, kind, polite and great services.
The place was good. But sadly when I come here it was packed up. So it was hard to find a parking lot and I needed to wait for 2 hours for those. Other that it, the room itself was clean, checking in easily with friendly staff. 5 stars for the hospitality, and we also have breakfast packed up nicely.
Good place, but was so many changes because the new rules of co-vid. Spa was close, not possible have dinner in restaurant, only room service... one day forgot to clean our room.

What a pleasant experience! Me and my wife stayed in the loft room for 2 nights and we loved it, the room is huge, clean, and super comfy. The staffs are super super friendly, sometimes its awkward (in a good way). You can also do your own laundry, its awesome!

It's a nice hotel. Me and my family were back from Berlin and chose this hotel for quarantine for 6 days. Overall the hotel is good. Rooms are clean. The services are great. Thank you to Ms.Emma who had being helpful since the welcoming until we were checking out. I suggest this hotel.
