Overrated palace.. Much below expectations!
Only good thing is the aesthetic value. Food and services were pathetic. It wasn't like how it seemed to us in the pictures. The room given to us was very small in size and not as good as we expected. There was no housekeeping. Also, poor response from the staff. It was definitely not worth spending 5k for a night. Better to go for any 4/5-star hotel in this price range.
One of the top Heritage property in Jaipur. Its a small boutique style of hotel. Very tastefully done Interiors and exteriors. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The duty manager was kind enough to upgrade my room to higher catagory. The breakfast is limited but tasty and balanced food. Overall very satisfactory experience. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality.
Very beautifully done place that gives you the experience of living in an actual haveli. Interiors of the room as well as within the premise is spectacular.
Their restaurant serves some nice delicacies and you must eat at the rooftop restaurant. The breakfast buffet however is not that great. Not much to explore nearby as the hotel is located near to residential area but it is safe and beautiful.
Very nice
I have been around the world with every kind and rank of hotel. This per say is not worth 4 star and the value for money. Electric kettle not working , ac not working, electric sockets not working we booked the hotel for 4 people and the amenities were not available. I had to call and get things replaced several times. My entire time at the hotel went in these rectifications. On top of everything Hotel staff was rude. Not worth the money and the effort.
