Good place to stay. Very nice & Cooperative staff.. Manager at reception is very polite. Food quality is also good. Prompt Room service. Well maintained cleaned rooms
Very average hotel -
1. Poor wifi connection in room
2. TV was useless - no channels available to see. Displayed the message "Recharge not done. Kindly recharge"
3. Morning breakfast menu was very average
4. I had to ask the hotel to switch on the Central Ac for my room. Similarly, in the morning, the Central AC in the restaurant was also switched off. When it became unbearably hot - one of the other guests at the hotel (I didn't want to ask anything more from the staff again - since I had already decided to check out immediately finishing my B'fast) asked the restaurant staff to turn on the AC. Only then it was switched on.
Staff is good they have to be it's their job. But it's really not worth of taking your family. If u r concern about location and environment then this is definitely not the place. Not recommended for family
As per the structure and interior its a lovely hotel but reception is not much active and good.
Bedsheets were not clean, no hot water in night and no hot water in the morning as well just little bit warm..very dusty bedsheets and I started sneezing after I took it.
They say they provide RO water for free but it was just a boring water.
Hotel staff is also not very friendly and not polite.
