It's a nice hotel. Good service. Clean and not that expensive compared to there service and facilities provided at the hotel. Will be happy to go back to this hotel if planning to stay in Jaipur. Location of this hotel is another highlight as it is not in a very crowded place and easily accessible to anywhere in Jaipur.
I wish i could give this place 0 stars.. absolutely worst service I've ever seen.. many other families made similar complaints along with us.. Basic amenities like towels were not given.. we had to beg for things like glasses and plates.. total rip off.. rude service.. the receptionist was the worst.. definitely not gonna visit this hotel again and would absolutely not recommend this place to my enemy..

Room was very good but room service was very poor.
I ordered water and after 45 mints when i didn't get water then i went to get water for myself.
I just wanna say that hotel rooms was fine and room service is poor..
