Staff was quite friendly and welcoming. This hotel seems to be quite new and is in good condition and clean. It is fairly close to the gates to the old city, maybe 20 minute walk. The wifi worked well except it is limited to 2 devices. When I requested help with that they happily added a third device to my account. The room also had a refrigerator.
Hopeless hotel ever I have seen in my life. I am 65yr old senior citizen person. I recently check-in in this hotel for 2nights faced lots of trouble which is highly disappointing for me. Staff is extremely impolite and uncivilised. They have NO proper ethics to run a hospitality industry. I might easily forget this thing because of my age( I didn’t hold grudges) but the staff wasn’t ready to accept their plethora of mistakes and keep arguing with me. I am completely forced to highlight this layout to others. DO NOT tangled yourself in this disastrous situation.
