Room was clean and well maintained. Only thing we faced issue is with room service even staff was good they are helpful but still they will not provide what u want until you call them 3 4 times. If you ask for anything even they mentioned available but chances that it is not available and they will say we will get it for you and you will never get that.
But it is cheaper and have good staff. They are friendly.you can book this.
Our stay was amazing. Right from breakfast to dinner everything was perfect. The breakfast offers scrumptious, delicious and healthy meals. Do try the Mandarin juice, it's extracted from real oranges without a tinch of chemicals. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.If you are a fan of steam and sauna do give it a try. I would recommend you to go to the bar at night, you would be just awestruck by it. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is because it's a bit far away from the main Jaipur city.
Experience is good... Not the best. Over priced.
Room is clean but air conditioning or cooling unit unable to cool the room proper.
Even they charge for giving the empty plates also.
Breakfast is fine.
Had a terrible experience during a small function.
1. Many food stuffs were missing from menu.
2. Staff was way too unresponsive.
3. Even after asking for tea, it was not served.
4. Arrangement for DJ was a 17 to 18 year old boy with a mobile phone.
5. Food was not at all hot. You can imagine it that even the bride and groom was served cold food.
All, I can say that if you are considering it, even a 3-star hotel can be more fruitful to you.
It's one of the best Hotel in Jaipur. Awesome facility, Beautiful look well arranged Halls & Rooms.
Multi floor room and Swimming pool with Bars. Love it.
