Good luxurious hotel for staying. Staff was well mannered and polite. Rooms were clean and adequately equipped. Food was nice, could have been a little better. Covid protocols were being followed. Location wise it is situated almost at the centre of Jaipur. You can miss entrance to the Hotel from road as it is quite small. Overall pleasant experience.
Though the entrance to hotel is a little shabby and not what you expect from a decent hotel like this, the Super Deluxe room size made for that.
This property is old as you can see that in the construction of the bathrooms and the rusting that has been deposited on the taps everywhere but apart from that the rooms were pretty neat and decent.
The food on the other hand was absolutely lovely but mainly only the in-room service as the restaurant only gives option for Buffet which is all vegetarian but you can order non-veg food from their mobile app really easily.
We ordered many things during our 2 days stay and the prices though a little higher than they should have been, but the taste was really good as well as the presentation. So full marks to that.

One of worst hospitality service in terms of food and beverage especially during the breakfast time I have ever experienced. Being from the hospitality industry myself I know when the pressure is high and service needs to step up which they don’t. If I could give them no star I would. They don’t even have the courtesy to bring cold milk when you ask and there is non at the buffet or even just a fork which is also finished at the buffet. They can’t perform even the simplest of service. I would never recommend this property to anyone. Instead of serving standing and going to get people’s feedback. Highly incompetent restaurant staff.
Washrooms are clean, restaurant is with good space and yes food taste is good. Service boys are responsive, overall property is nice. Definitely u are going to feel good in this property.
