Best choice.perfect location, perfect spacious rooms.
We were upgraded too so the stay was quite nice. On a special note, the owner managed to keep our luggage and gave us room to change when we asked (after checkout). That was amazing .
A real nice place to stay. The service is great, the rooms are well maintained and amazing! I loved my stay here, given that the space & hospitality were on point!
It is true 3 star hotel - not too great and too bad either. Lets talk about the negatives first.
1. We had to change rooms twice because in the first room the tap was faulty in the bathroom and in the second room AC was faulty. Initially, they insisted that it is working, but when I insisted to check and repair they agreed to change our room. The bad thing was that we were sent back to the 1st room with a bad tap, at least the AC was working.
2. Slow restaurant service. On the first day we ordered food and waited for 20 mins for them to inform us that the Daal kept in fridge has gone bad and they can't serve that to us. They were about to serve us a soured Daal, but then the good thing was that they were honest and brave to tell us the truth.
3. Too many flies in the restaurant, they should keep an electric fly & mosquito killer.
4. Kettles and some switches were not working in room.
Let's go to the positives now.
1. Staff members are polite and provides good service.
2. Rooms are big, spacious and comfortable.
3. Hotel is well maintained, clean and hygienic.
4. Hotel is located in a nice location within Jaipur city.
Verdict: The negatives are minor and rectifying them will not be too difficult. At this price and if they fix those issues I'll prefer to stay at "The Livin" again.
Nice place and nice location.
Rooms are spacious. Food is fantastic, though only veg food available. They'll arrange nonveg food from outside if required.
Service is good and restaurent is also there.
Very nice place. I always stay here when I come to Jaipur. Hotel staff is also very cooperative.
