Hotel was very clean and organized. Our room was also very clean when we arrived and it was cleaned daily. The hotel is in a really convenient location that is close to the train, grand bazar, shops, restaurants and Blue Mosque. Everything is within walking distance. Additionally, the staff is super friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. They speak English, which helped when communicating. There is also daily breakfast included, which includes a variety of local food. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Istanbul.
The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here and had a room upgrade on arrival. My favourite part was breakfast with the beautiful view from the terrace. I highly recommend staying here.

Nice hotel, very good location, professional, and clean. Room is spacious and bright. My staying here was very pleasant. Worth the money. Rooftop view is amazing. They charge €7 for breakfast and extra for laundry service tho.
Very nice hotel. Excellent location, great and professional staff, and great breakfast. You feel in a familiar ambient. I really hope to come back Istanbul and Arena Hotel in the next future. Wonderfull stay
Very well located and very good service. They even gave advice us about where to have dinner in inexpensive but very good places.

I recommend. the staff are polite and courteous. well received. as soon as we arrived, we were offered individually wrapped water. registration was quick. the room is clean and pleasant to look at. the bathroom is clean without fungus or plaque. in the room (we have a double): 2 sets of towels, slippers. all soap accessories; tea, coffee, water
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the rooms were tastefully decorated, fairly good soundproofing considering the area.
The staff were great, very helpful and decent spoken English. Mehmet was particularly helpful and friendly. Good breakfast each morning. Stayed in the deluxe double with bath. Definitely a perk after such long days walking around the sights. The blue mosque amd ayasofya are practically on the doorstep. Fantastic location and well priced. Mini bar was not in use due to hygiene measures. Disposable masks available at reception. Overall, I would stay again
We've argued in December over dates amendment but finally we managed to get here to Sura Hotel for a 4 nights stay and we will never regret. Everything was excellent from location, room service, parking service, internet speed, to breakfast, snacks, dinner, roof top restaurant etc. They have the best lamb chops in town and we've tried few restaurants these days, trust me. The guys in the bar and restaurant are very friendly and professional and they speak 5-6 languages, especially Ali who was very helpful. I recommend the restaurant at the ground floor, with terrace and gas heating. Overall 5 stars out of 5. Thank you guys for the service.

Everything was great! The prices are very good, the staff is very nice and warm, the rooms have all you need. Everyone was very friendly with us and helped us a lot with information and advices.
You have bars, restaurants, markets, shops, mosques, bazaars very close and you can walk on foot anywhere you wish from Arven.
Overall it's a 10/10 for everything!
I'll be back soon and I will surely book again at Arven Hotel because everything was perfect!
Wonderful experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean, modern and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent. I very much enjoyed spending time up in the terrace having breakfast and relaxing. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet street overlooking the city, just a 5 minute walk from the shops, Grand Bazaar and ferries. Highly recommended.
Nice outdoor seating. Friendly and English-speaking service. The coffee was excellent and the fresh orange juice was refreshing, especially thanks to the ice I asked on the side and the waiter brought as requested. The desserts looked good, I didn’t try any but my friends looked happy. Would love to stop for coffee again when in the area!

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. I will definitely recommend it. The hotel has a very good location. Its 2-3 min walk away from Hagia Sophia and the high street shops/ restaurants. Hotel’s breakfast is amazing and is not to be missed. Last but not the least, the hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of the way to help us in finding car parking and get our Covid tests done. Thanks again for making my first Turkey visit a memorable one!

Hotel is beautifully located,we had awesome room and view from the window to Hagia Sofia.Stuff was hospitable and great,they made everything for us to enjoy our vacation.I loved Istanbul and especially because of Zeynep Sultan Hotel
Worth every penny and more. This hotel was perfect in every way. Centrally located inside a historic area. Chic and over-the-top decorated rooms each with a classic ottoman bath. Excellent service. An authentic hamam underground with a reasonably priced spa menu; we did the Turkish peeling and loved it.
Best location for tourists staying in Istanbul since it is close to all the major landmarks. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was great despite covid restrictions.
