the hotel manager was very rude ... we had booked and paid for a deluxe room. We got a normal attic room, small and everything broken in the room. after we had each other, he said, you don't have a deluxe room, these are only photos for the internet. after we happened to see on the 4th day that the room is there, because one door happened to be open, he hadn't given it to us and we didn't get any money back either. the staff, however, was very friendly. except for the last day, when my daughter had forgotten her gold jewelry in the Room, which of course never showed up again. The staff didn't give us any answers when we called about the jewelry. Please don't be fooled by the beautiful pictures, the hotel is very dirty and everything is broken.
A great place to spend a few days in Istanbul. If you value silence, tranquility, proximity to the center and a beautiful interior, then this is the place for you. The staff are very welcoming and always happy to help.
A nice hotel for people who like classic and vintage places, it is a 600 years building.
The rooms are kind of small but nice view for the last floor, unfortunately doesn’t have an elevator but this because it is really an old place.
Fantastic hotel. Very reasonably priced. Architecture and rooms are fabulous. There is a breakfast buffet available with a wide spread. The staff at the hotel are the most cooperative I have seen. They go above and beyond to ensure the customers have a good trip. They are happy to help with all aspects of the travel, including hotel to airport transfers and tour packages. The location is perfect. Most of the tourist places and hot spots are situated within walking distance. You are never too far away from the vibrant street life and food in Turkey. The public transport is also easily accessible. Being at the centre will give you more time to enjoy the local area rather than traveling back and forth.
