Good place to stay
All the thing around you
Not a 4-5 stars hotel! Only location is good!
The area is amazing close to every thing you may need ( like really everything you may need)
Be aware !! The area CANNOT be accessed by car or taxis or buses from 10 am - 6:00pm ( police will close the area for transportation) and leave it open for pedestrians only.
If you have a car , make sure you keep the keys with you at else the hotel will charge you 10€ per night.
Also, if you have kid,, make sure you ask them to empty the mini bar or else they will simply charge you for stuff that you didn’t use although that by a standard and global measures in COVID-19 , the real 5 stars hotel will empty the minibar as a safety measures!
Overall it’s an okay hotel but for sure not a 5 stars hotel
Very friendly and well trained personal.
Excapt one female worker she need more training. She preferred Arabic people.
But all in one I had a good time there. The massage and spa was also good. And the hotel is very central.
very nice hotel with polite staff! they will always help! They helped us to issue travel cards, guided us on the work of some museums, they didn’t even give us an evening meal to prepare scrambled eggs for the child, which is not on the menu, as well as for breakfast! I would like to highlight Ahmet Karakas for making the best last night of stay at this hotel!
