Absolutely wonderful hotel staff! So attentive and helpful. Hotel is gorgeous and rooms are a great size. The breakfast is incredible. Cannot recommend the hotel enough! Can’t wait to stay at Hotel Amira again!
Had the most amazing stay at Hotel Amira in Istanbul. The location is superb and walking distance to a lot of the main attractions here. The staff are also very helpful. From showing us the direction on the map at the TV in the lobby, calling taxi to helping me resolved the issue when my food delivery delivered the wrong food. Cannot thank you enough for making me feel like home! Room is spacious with elegant decors as well and cleaned nicely each day. Thank you Hotel Amira for a memorable time in Istanbul and I can't wait to return!
The hotel is very well situated. It's about 7 to 8 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque. The staff are amazingly friendly and are really helpful. We booked two rooms and stayed for a week. I'd normally give it 5 stars but I am giving it 4 simply because the rooms weren't as updated as I expected (we may have got some of the older rooms yet to be upgraded) and one room had no view apart from ventilation pipes. Nevertheless the stay was really comfortable and I would not hesitate to stay there again. Customer service I'd say is hard to beat. You won't be disappointed
Great localization close to a lot of monuments. All the receptionist from our 3 nights are all professional and very helpful. The rooftop is very cute.
The rooms are comfy. The best was the breakfast: very good products with great quality and freshness. Also as frenchwoman I validate the croissant
