Room: I think, it really nice but it’s definitely not a five star hotel. Cozy place, comfortable bed. But No bath, vanity sets, wipes and not so big room as I would like to have :)
Decent four stars hotel in a great location.
Stunning hotel in beautiful Istanbul. Spa services were incredible. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and included in our stay. Had a fantastic view of the Galata Tower from our room. The hotel is close to the tram and historic district. Staff were pleasant and very accommodating. Wish we could have stayed more than one night.
My husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary in Istanbul and are very happy with this beautiful hotel and the help from the Concierge, whose name is Furkan . I really liked the restaurants that he recommended, and he also helped us with the transfer. I was very impressed with his professionalism, friendliness and ability to solve all issues. We had a great anniversary and enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel))
If you want to experience Istanbul in a new way, get great recommendations about the best restaurants and parks, as well as about car and yacht rentals, then you should definitely stay at this hotel, as it has the best Concierge Furkan! In each restaurant, we were waiting for a great table with a view, thanks to the Furcan. It was he who recommended the best places to test street food and for evening cocktails. It is thanks to him that we will return to this beautiful hotel again and again and recommend it to all our friends!
The room was very nice, clean and modern but a little small with an ok view. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location was good, in 10 Minutes or less with a taxi in downtown. The bar in the hotel has a very nice view of the city and good cocktails and drinks. Spa options are a little over priced but good quality, I had a traditional hamam.
