The room is very comfortable and a good size. The shower is excellent. The staff (especially house keeping and janitorial) work really hard and do an excellent job! Most of the staff are very helpful and welcoming, though there are a few who seem to only pay attention to very wealthy guests. It is an upscale hotel, so very little is included with your nightly rate. The ladies pool is very nice, but you do have to purchase a swim cap from the hotel (20 TL for each person) before you are allowed to use it. So its not really included/free. I didn't try the spa or gym.
Impeccable and Stunning. It is sort of a Palace. Located in a very beautiful surrounding. High class imperial furnishings and furniture. Ambience is great. Rooms are like those of royal palaces decorated with gold all around the hotel. Everything you see is gold plated even in toilets. It is a great hotel at very reasonable and affordable price. Not forgetting to mention the great services and outstanding staff they have.
The hotel is very special and very distinctive. Everything is great in terms of rooms. Each room has a very distinctive shape and the food is also distinctive and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
I would recommend anyone who goes to the city of Istanbul to he goes in this hotel that he describes seventies stars of everything from furniture, food and everything super staff

Awful service. They should change the receptionist. I had two luggage’s with me. So while check in, I requested them to help me. They told me to keep the luggage on the lobby and they would send those to my room. I waited around 30mins in my room but they didn’t send my luggage. So I called the reception and again reminded him to send my luggage but there was no result. Finally I went down again to take my luggage and I myself carried them in the room. Again I booked one room from the Agoda website and they gave me another room. However, as I payed during booking, so I had nothing to do. So I stayed there. There room decoration was nice but very small. Overall I was not satisfied with this hotel. I would never stay here. I suggest others not to stay here. With the same or less amount, There are many 5 star hotels nearby.
