We spend 2 nights on this hotel. Overall I will not spend more days on it. Our rooms had a broke window so all the night we ears everything outside. Nightmare to sleep on this room. I ask the reception and nothing was done to fix this issue. Breakfast was not good at all. Very disappointed. I did not wake up for breakfast it was not worthy at all.
We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. I will definitely recommend it. The hotel has a very good location. Its 2-3 min walk away from Hagia Sophia and the high street shops/ restaurants. Hotel’s breakfast is amazing and is not to be missed. Last but not the least, the hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of the way to help us in finding car parking and get our Covid tests done. Thanks again for making my first Turkey visit a memorable one!
Nearest to the main attractions in the center district. Just a few steps walk from Tram station. Very cooperative staff, awesome view from restaurant. One of the best options to stay in Sultanahmet
I can honestly say this hotel is a must if you decide to stay in the old part of Sultanahmet area in Istanbul. The hotel is brilliantly located minutes from the historical sites, the grand bazaar or from the ferry port by the Galata bridge. It seemed as the hotel was newly renovated so appeared in a very good clean state. I booked a family room which was spacious. Rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfast was good (bit low on options probably due to Covid-19). Amazing panoramic views on top floor where the dining area is. The hotel is managed by professional staff. Murat at reception is always there to help.. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will always book if I return to Istanbul.
I have spent 18 nights at this great hotel during the pandemic. Location is in the heart of the historical city. It is easily accesible by tram (T1). It is a few metres walk away from Hagia Sofia and Sultanahmet.
We were staying on the 5th floor and we had a great view of Hagia Sopia from our room. Cleaning lady was very friendly and kind. Our room was always clean. We were getting free water every day.
Staff in general was very friendly and nice. The guys in the reception ,especially Murat, was always there to help us. They were always there to help with everything, even things that are not related to hotel. Whatever we asked from the reception they would deliver it to us very fast and for free. Ayhan and Yusuf especially were always there for us. They would deliver Turkish tea and apple tea to our room. The staff made our stay much more easier and pleasant. Thanks a lot to them!
There is a restaurant upstairs with a great food and view. Staff of the restaurant is also very friendly and nice. They also do room service. The prices are moderate, and if you stay at the hotel you get 10% discount. The breakfast is also upstairs and it is quite good!
The pool was closed due to pandemic but we used the Spa and were satisfied. You get a discount for the Spa if you stay at the hotel
