A fabulous boutique hotel with modern industrial vibe. The location is convenient- it is tucked away near the Grand Bazaar and not too far from Galata Bridge.
Everything was perfect - bed comfortable , room quiet and the restaurant and room service were tasty. The prices were reasonable as well. The staff was helpful and kind. I even extended my stay here because I liked it so much. I am hoping to come back to stay in a few more days.
Good hotel but the attic has some things that need working on like the light for reading near the bed is loose so you can't move it around or it'll break, and the bathroom door doesn't close, and the switch for the lamp on the table does not open, and the thing in the bathroom that doesn't let the door all open is broken. So I recommend not to use the attic. This is my room and I don't know if it was my room only. And BTW my room was 407. But I used the rooms other that the attic and it was amazing! But even though I had some complains I like this hotel very much. A special thanks for Mr. Gokmen for letting me enjoy my trip. I only noticed these problems once even though i came here like 5 times.
The concierge and one of the night receptionists are really nice and helpful. The concierge did everything in his hands to make sure we were happy. Breakfast is good and with enough options although service is slow. The area is more than perfect in the old part of the city although most things seemed to close in the evening a part from restaurants. Nice area if you are hoping to have a nice quiet time in Istanbul. You can walk everywhere from here.
Very very very nice personnel. Rooms are spacious and well designed. Mine had 4 windows in the bedroom and another one in the bathroom! But there are darker rooms as well if you prefer. Based in a super busy area it’s a very quiet hotel. I got a promo rate around 80€ and it was perfect. But the price can get much higher, in this case I’d recommend to stay in a more sophisticated hotel.
Very nice hotel, clean, staff is superb. Food is great. Location is fine. The only thing that could be improved is room soundproofing (last floor).
