Everything was great! The prices are very good, the staff is very nice and warm, the rooms have all you need. Everyone was very friendly with us and helped us a lot with information and advices.
You have bars, restaurants, markets, shops, mosques, bazaars very close and you can walk on foot anywhere you wish from Arven.
Overall it's a 10/10 for everything!
I'll be back soon and I will surely book again at Arven Hotel because everything was perfect!
Fantastic, Peaceful, Accessible & most of all the owner speaks and understands English. We had no communication issues with the staff. Very friendly & helpful attitude. I recommend it strongly. You can't get anything better in this price. you bet. Me & my wife initially booked it for 2 days, then we extended our stay to 4 more days. couldn't find better than this in the whole area... I'll definitely stay here if I come to Istanbul again. Got two grocery story next doors. Got a taxi stand right in front of my door. 10 minutes walk to Blue Mosque & Sultan Ahmet Tram Station (T1). 1.6 Km to Eminonu Central Place. Only 5 minutes walk, you cross Kennedy Road and you reach at Beach Front. Nice place to chill there. DON'T MISS THIS HOTEL.
Great place to stay for extended period of time!
My girlfriend and I stayed there for 21 days. The managers were very accommodating and helpful when we asked. I think this was the most important reason why we decided to stay there for 14 days after our first 7 days that we booked right away.
Breakfast was good, although pretty similar everyday. But, honestly it was worth it since it was cheaper compared to going out for breakfast everyday.
The rooms are good and somewhat spacious. One con is that the walls are kind of thin. We could hear people in their rooms sometimes (muffled).
At the end of our stay, the owner helped us find a great ride back to the airport for a reasonable price which was very nice of him.
I think as long as you are willing to ask for stuff instead of complaining about it behind the managers backs, you will have a great experience at this hotel!
The location is nice. A short walk to the train and other attractions including the bay.
The WiFi was hit and miss sometimes, but overall good.
Everywhere you go of course there will be issues and things that you don't like, but here was amazing for the price in my opinion.

Very nice rooms, the rooms are warm all the time, the there is hot water and good views both sides. ..
The service is pretty good and the people are helpful, there hekmat and muhamet, they are both great people .
The price is good for value i stay here for one month.
