Stay here, simply because the staff is wonderful. They go above and beyond, and their hospitality is felt. Special thanks to Mehmet for making us feel welcomed. The location is close to all the tourist attractions, and within walking distance from many transportation options. There is a restaurant in the hotel that had good food and reasonable prices. They are not pushy to get you to buy things like many of the restaurants in the area. I would stay here again!
The location of this hotel is second to none in this area. Everything is in walking distance. The rooms were warm and cozy - a perfect experience. Besides complimentary breakfasts, the hotel provides complimentary food throughout the afternoon into the early evening. This was incredibly useful for us and our restaurant host, Mehmet, ensured we were never hungry! Every one of the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful, from the front desk staff, to the cleaning staff, and to the restaurant staff. The hotel staff graciously allowed us to extend our stay as we had a late flight as well. Very highly recommended!
The hotel is amazing, me and my family have nice memories of staying at the Hotel. Everything was magnificent, the service, the house keeping, the food, the facilities...all! Located conveniently in the old city to access on foot all major landmarks and attractions and venture out to Galata across the bay bridge. Easy access to public transport and ferries. We enjoyed a spacious room which had everything you need and above all clean. Would come again and recommend to friends.
Superbly centrally located from most historic places in the old city. Decent sized rooms. Friendly staff. Affordable. May use again.
We are currently staying at this awesome place and couldn’t wait till the end of the stay to write this review. I am so impressed by the friendliness and superb professionalism of everyone who works at this place. It’s a small 4 star hotel, but offers a 7 star service I didn’t find at most 5 star hotels. Super clean rooms, wonderful location, amazing staff, and excellent food. When we checked into our room, we found a message on the bed describing Turkish hospitality. Neorion Hotel can teach Turkish hospitality as they truly practice it through their staff manners and values. Receptionists and restaurant managers and staff are extremely pleasant and super helpful. A million thanks.
