We've argued in December over dates amendment but finally we managed to get here to Sura Hotel for a 4 nights stay and we will never regret. Everything was excellent from location, room service, parking service, internet speed, to breakfast, snacks, dinner, roof top restaurant etc. They have the best lamb chops in town and we've tried few restaurants these days, trust me. The guys in the bar and restaurant are very friendly and professional and they speak 5-6 languages, especially Ali who was very helpful. I recommend the restaurant at the ground floor, with terrace and gas heating. Overall 5 stars out of 5. Thank you guys for the service.
Lovely hotel pretty close to everywhere. Breakfast was impressive quality of ingredients. Professional and helpful staff , value and class. Highly recommended
What an amazing hotel. The perfect location.The staff were amazing and so helpful at anytime of the day. Great selection of food. The places near by are full of people creating great atmosphere. The main roads where there are plenty of shopping locations and big food brands just walking distance. All the cultural buildings near by are walking distance. I enjoyed my stay here and if I come back to Istanbul this will be the hotel I would come back again to as it has everything you need and location is prime too
This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve been in at Sultanahmet, Fatih. The room is very fresh, the staff very friendly, the breakfast wonderful and the service on top level.
It’s only a few minutes by walk to the beutiful mosque Aya Sofia and Sultanahmet. 5 min away from Kapalcarsi and 1 min from the transportations.
The terrace on the top have a wonderfull wev.
Good restaurants only a few steps outside the hotel.
First time I give 5 stars to a hotell! You really earn it.
Staff was great, and they have very delicious food. I was eating kebap with pistacio. I would definitely recommend this restaurant
