■When it comes to my first impression about this hotel "I feel home" which I never think of any alternative in my next visit to Istanbul.
The hotel is enjoying quite atmosphere with very good rooms hygiene.
prices are reasonable for such quality.
Although we took the "economist double room" but it was good enough for two persons.
Excelent staff: all of them are respectful and friendly.
☆Professional receptionist: welcoming you with sencier smile, very friendly and helpful.
☆Workers as well. In fact, they do their job at the best.
☆Kitchen staff has very good hospitality and available to meet your needs.
■Strategic location: as its located in the heart of archeologial sites.
☆Infornt of tram station and about 50 m. Away from main road.
☆Two restaurants opposite to it and other different shops.
☆Traditional historical bath (Hamam) about 25 m. Away.
■Breakfast: very good portion that I can't finish it all.
☆delicious and nice mixture of cold and hot course.
☆Having breakfast on hotel's roof gives very nice feeling as you are watching at a panoramic view of Istanbul and the sea while having your meal. I also enjoyed feeding Gulls after my meal.
We always write comments on any hotel during our stay but this one it is not about a short stay but about being stranded and having a long , a very long stay at Anthemis Hotel.
Our days began on the 19th of March and ended on the 5th of September 2020.
Despite being sad and stressed that our border in Mauritius is closed, the hotel staffs welcome us with open arms.
We were anxious as we needed to go back by any means to our country. Later we realised nothing could be done as the airport even in Turkey is closed.
Anthemis staff came up by pampering us not to felt away from our family. A family ties was then build with Ercan Onur, Hussein, Selma, Apo, Seyfi, Yusuf Pasa, Sinan, kuçuk Murat, Buyuk Murat and Yasin.
Yasin the hotel manager made our stay - 6 months along with his staffs an unforgettable journey.
When the border opened by mid of June in Turkey and our country decided to send repatriation flights to Europe for his stranded citizens, we did not want to leave the atmosphere of Anthemis Hotel.
Altun Abla - We will always missed your lovely and cheerful face every morning and the good foods. I wish you a good health.

It is not a 5 stars hotel with garden neither with a swimming pool but believe me at Anthemis hotel you will have a 7 stars of Happiness, a room with a peaceful sleep, a breakfast with loads of love, an atmosphere of Heaven and people to help you and love you unconditionally.
I highly recommend Anthemis Hotel to everyone . The location is one of the best in the bustling city. Within walking distance to historical places - Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi, Gulhane Park , museums and exquisite authentic Turkish cuisine and ambiance that will take your breath away.

Breakfast doesn't work in buffet way but they give you so much tasty food ;)
Sultanahmet is 3 mins walk.

Best Hotel In all of Istanbul!! And what makes it special is the staff are just amazing. Especially the gentleman Onur at the reception!
The location is perfect. The room we got was so tiny and smelled. We found mold in the bathroom, hence the smell. We requested changing our room, they did that, the second room was better. The staff expect to be tipped. The receptionist was rude, he was helping me with my luggage, and half way before reaching the taxi he told me to take my luggage myself. Service could be improved, cleanness, and Maintinace also. Breakfast looked like it was two days old.
