the best services I had. all the staff are friendly and help you in everything. everyone speaks english. very clean. large rooms. I have been to Istanbul 7-8 times but for sure this is the best hotel so far. I wholeheartedly recommend

It is in a fantastic location,close to metro and tram,a short walk to the most amazing historical sites and a short walk to the Bosphorus. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, breakfast is amazing. They offer an afternoon tea as well. Also offered are plenty of activities.There is sauna,exercise,swimming pool, and Turkish bath. The staff are absolutely the best we have ever experienced. They cannot do enough to help. They go above and beyond with their help.you just ask and they will aid,search . A highly recommendable hotel that I will stay again at. I truly mean it.
