Very well located and very good service. They even gave advice us about where to have dinner in inexpensive but very good places.
Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and I have visited Istanbul on 3 separate occasions. That being said, I can honestly say this was the best hotel experience! Instantly upon arrival we were well taken of with some tea and our luggage carried for us without a worry. Staff went out of their way to arrange taxis for us and reservations to the best restaurants and local recommendations. I wish I can name all the staff members, but the one I remember best is Ibrahim. Just look for him and he will coordinate a wonderful stay for you.
Walking will get you wherever you want to be within just 5minutes. 5 minutes or less to the grand bazaar and 5 minutes or less to the tram. Small coffee shops and souvenir shops within 2-3min or walking away. Hope you find this review helpful.
The staff is amazing. The staff is the most helpful staff I have ever encountered. From the managers to the cleaners. The experience was fantastic and it is the friendliness of the staff that made the whole journey so good. The food the rooms and the location were amazing. Just a small issue of stray dogs at night near the hotel other than that this is a hotel i will definitley stay in again!
It has been one year since I went to Turkey and stayed at the FER Hotel. It was hands down the best hotel to stay in ever. ALL OF THE STAFF were amazing!!! We were travelling with two babies and they were all so accommodating. I remember they would even bring up warm milk for my niece and nephew. They would always take out my strollers. They will make sure to always go above and beyond. My sisters and I had a fantastic time here. I wish I could remember the names of the staff members but I cannot. Anyways, this is the best hotel to stay in if you are visiting Turkey. Don't be stupid, make the BEST decision ever and book at Fer Hotel.
We stayed 5days in this lovely and clean hotel. The staff are very diligent and are at all times want to ensure that everything is 100% to your liking. Staff at reception also very helpful, we had a buggy with us and they always assisted. Aynur has created a nice team around her. Well done guys!
