On our first visit we were very impressed with the service and the friendliness in the hotel. Unfortunately we forgot something in our room and returned to this hotel 3 months later. And would do it again. I highly recommend this hotel! Very nice and friendly team that is available 24/7. Breakfast was also very good and sufficient for us.
The location is great and the most important sightseeing spots are within walking distance.
Great Hotel in a perfect location. The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was large, the amenities were good, but the best thing about this hotel were the people who worked there. The front desk staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. One of the men at the front was named "Mart" and he always had a smile and asked how your day went, he also had suggestions of off the normal tourist track of things to do. The second best thing about this hotel was the all you can eat breakfast buffet. Start your day with fresh squeezed orange juice and coffee and three large tables of food to choose from. Also they would make you fresh cooked eggs if you wanted them. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again when back in Istanbul.
Very elegant hotel and reasonably priced when I booked. It was relaxing and easy to check in and the rooms were clean and comfy. 10/10 would recommend
Nice nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. I like the shower and the AC control in the room. The location is fine. It's close to the tram station but there are better options. Nice staff.
Great experience!!! Really clean/ sparkly clean hotel. Breakfast is delicious and stuff super helpful. For next trip in Istanbul will choose this hotel without doubt.
