good hotel. I recommend. the staff are polite and courteous. well received. as soon as we arrived, we were offered individually wrapped water. registration was quick. the room is clean and pleasant to look at. the bathroom is clean without fungus or plaque. in the room (we have a double): 2 sets of towels, slippers. all soap accessories; tea, coffee, water
A great hotel in all respects. During my entire stay there I felt at home. The staff are super polite and caring and speak excellent English. The room was quite spacious, with a comfortable bed (and exta pillows!) and a table, which was convenient for working on my laptop. And the bathroom even had a bath! The restaurant was very nice too, and buffet breakfast was included. Last but not least, the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from major sights.
Stayed with them for a week, they gave us amazing service and also a complimentary airport transfer.
The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for tourists. And the breakfast is very good, especially the view/garden is lovely!
You can visit many tourist attractions just by walking and the tram/bus are available at around 10 mins of walking as well.
Would definitely recommend!
Unfortunately I did not get to stay at this hotel, they took my money and did not accommodate for the fact that we are in a global pandemic. Only extending the days I booked until April this year, nor offering a refund. It is clear that we cannot and should not travel yet. I understand that businesses are struggling to make money but this isn’t a great tactic. It’s a shame because it looks like a lovely hotel.
It's an amazing place! Quality food, excellent interior and overall look. The one thing that amazed me the most, though, is the service which undoubtedly is one of the best I've ever received - very warm, hospital and sophisticated staff. Thank you all for the good experience!
