I loved your place in 2019 so I booked a weekend for 4 people by telephone for May 2020, so you do not have to pay Booking.com fees. The weekend was cancelled due to COVID19 lockdown. Why did you stop answering me? Can you please stop ghosting clients? I hope you will get back to me with a solution because right now I am extremely disappointed in you.
GHOST HOTEL !!!
We are still trying to reach the hotel but no one answer following the cancellation of our stay. When will we get a refund for the canceled stay due to COVID19 lockdown ?
DISHONEST HOST! We made a reservation by phone to spend 2 nights in May at Bijou Relais but our trip was canceled because of covid19 lockdown. We tried to figure this out but 4 months later, we are still waiting a response from the host that act like a ghost. Can anyone give me an answer?
Nice rooms and lovely view from the terrace. They offered the best breakfast we had on our trip for mid range b&b (pastries, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cheese).
We hired a scooter to get there and for the island but they also offer taxi service
AWESOME, My wife and I were referred to this amazing gem of a Hotel. We travel alot and know a great place when we find it. The view, service and food are fantastic. The Chef, Rosanna, provided the experience something like being royalty while visiting your best friends house. They have an amazing pool area and the rooms were spotless and fresh. If you are looking for a perfect oasis, plan your next trip to the Bijoux .
