Amazing hotel deserves more stars then it has. The people who work here work so hard and always give 100% every day good understanding of other languages Spotless everwhere perfect for everyone. Pools are the perfect temperature, WiFi is perfect, the location is spot on a bit of a hill coming back to the hotel but there is another route which is abit longer to walk but no hill. Always happy to help. The food is amazing plenty to do in casamicciola and other places easy to get to by transport or a nice walk plenty places to sunbathe,indoor pool and spa. It's a family business and it's run perfectly. Id definitely stay again and tell all my friends and family. Supermarkets just down the road.

We stayed at the property in August.
From the first moment we noticed several positive and negative things that made us think that this hotel had great potential, unfortunately unexpressed.
The facility is very nice, with a large and clean swimming pool open until late in the evening.
We were very well received and the staff were always polite and efficient.
The food for breakfast, dinner and lunch was good.
Among the negative things, first of all, there is the absence of the bidet in the room (which we believe is really absurd in an Italian hotel, now even France is adapting).
Our room was very small and adjacent to the common terrace.
We woke up one morning with a gentleman practically standing in our room.
In the middle of the Covid-19 period, only the waiters wore the mask (neither the owners, nor the guests). Total absence of gloves.
To conclude, the owner was very rude and disrespectful regarding a misunderstanding caused by the lack of communication clarity of the structure.
We will not return.
I gave it a poor rating as it fell short of my expectations.
The structure is clean the staff is courteous I booked a triple sea view but at check in they assigned me a very narrow triple with a view of a municipal deposit. At the time of payment, ten euros were taken away from me for the inconvenience.
Dinner is quite sufficient for first and second courses but the side dishes buffet left something to be desired. In short, I am not convinced of the value for money.
