Total Cheat and cheap hotel. Booking was done for 1st Jan prepaid online, However, the property manager denied check-in stating that OYO doesn't give them money. He later told me to cancel the booking which was not possible. Neither did he file for an auto refund from Hotelier's side. After waiting for 10 days when no refund came. I contacted the OYO customer care only to listen to lies that I had denied to stay in the hotel. Commonsense is when the customer has already prepaid the amount why will I deny to stay. I would like to give a -1 rating for such type of hotel. And ask OYO to look into such cheap hoteliers.
Àc does not work. Tv disconnected. Tiles broke. Switch board is not in good condition.
its the worst possible hotel a person can go to. shabby room, stained linen, cupboard and cabinet broken, broken sink. rude staff. they charge for early check in but still room was not ready and had to wait for half an hour. very unprofessional. I will not give even 1 star to the hotel if there was an option given to me.
