5. Only one man was there for picking up luggage. At checkout we carried our luggage ourselves downstairs

Let me make it clear from the reception :
Reception: Hospitality :) Well they don't know what does that means? Reception was handled by so called uneducated. Staff changes at times so their promises too.
Well to be honest one was kind-off good to look and other was just the opposite.
So, I personally recommend all my friends not to book this hotel if you don’t want to spoil your holiday mood. You can go through the genuine reviews shared for a clear view of this hotel.
Nice rooms with good ambience.staff courteous and professional. Food needs a special appreciation particularly Non veg items.Though located in prime traffic area, you won't feel the noise from outside. Just adjacent to Lakdikapul metro station.parking area good.

Ambience, furniture, Suites and last but not least there Banquet halls are good I appreciate it. The only reason I would give them 4 star is because of Parking space. There is ample amount of space for Car parking (Also they have Valet Parking) but there is very small space for 2 Wheeler. Which can be Improved. Also not to forget. There food and service is also good.
