Rooms are not worth for the price.
And the Reception guy didn't respond well at the time of check in..No basic things are provided in the room...

Friendly place with great service and extremely friendly staff. That's the plus point. That's why the 5 stars. You barely see this simplicity and efficiency these days in the catering industry. The authenticity is endearing.
Cuisine has good variety and great on the palate and the pocket. Popular too: not just with out station guests but also the locals who drop by for a meal with friends and family.
The service is efficient and quick. Customer friendly as they will do all they can to keep you happy.
Rooms are simple, with no unnecessary frills. This again keeps it easy on the pocket.
The Mock tails could do with some variety and attention to detail. Also, an add on could include cuisine for the health conscious even if it means simply uppping the variety on salads and juices.
Rooms are excellent and best place to stay when we come to Hyderabad .... Front office and other staffs are so cooperative .... Especially Ashok and Jagtheesh they will help u in the instant u need.... Ambience is good... I will definitely stay here on my next trip..... ❤️❤️❤️
Very good stay at hotel. Located in a bit less connected zone for transportation. But apart from it rest all is very good and peaceful stay. Buffet option is best served in hotel with multiple menu items. Loved to have the mocktails here. Recommend for couples and business travels. Hotel staff are supportive. Checkin procedure to hotel can be improved for faster check ins. When entered -- simple but had good space for parking and waiting areas too. Room decor was elegant and unique suiting it's name....
Service starts- Fantastic...had a great time with my family and kids... mocktails are super to start..excellent dishes, pleasant service....
Conclusion - whenever you are at Financial Dist city make it a point to visit this restaurant to have a great time with your family and friends...
Very bad experience, the behavior of the receptionist was very unprofessional, I recommend not to book this hotel at all, there is no covered parking, the room was not clean when we checked in
