Room size is ok.. hotel staff don't clean the room until you ask.. behaviour of hotel staff is not good.. only positive point of the hotel is its close to Care hospital Banjara hills..
The basic amenities were really good, lift facility available, staff was polite. Place was very clean, every service call was promptly responded. Problems - sometimes power cut, geyser was available only at some specific time(you'll have to call and tell them to turn on geyser), tv connection was not proper.
Nice ambience..friendly staff.will be happy to come again
Services are little slow due to the covid pandemic situation, others are good
Just the usual. Small, damp, smelly, poorly lit rooms. Dirty, soiled and used linen. Rickety lift. Uncooperative staff. Indistinct location. The only positive thing is it's proximity to Sarvi restaurant, that serves some amazing food.
