Hospitality was excellent . My experience with this hotel was exceptionally memorable. The rooms are spacious, lavish, nicely decorated and very comfortable with all the modern amenities. Good restaurants with great ambiance and the food. Well distance maintaining in this pandemic corona times... Keep it up.
The hotel is bang on with their management. Specially during these tumultuous times, ITC Kakatiya outshines as a hospitality benchmark setter. The staff is super helpful and they great with a smile on their face always. The safety precautions are among the best I have witnessed so far which made my stay extremely comfortable and secure. Although serving at a limited capacity the room service offerings are drool worthy. All in all one of the most comfortable and enjoyable hotel stays I have had in 2020.
It's a luxurious hotel with extraordinary level of comfort and wonderful service. Felt like home level comfort. Good view and full of greenery. with perfect level of cleanliness especially during the pandemic season including cutlery and food and room.Food is incredibly delicious up to another delicious level.. Would love to appreciate the hospitality. absolutely loved staying here.
Property is dated but well maintained. Rooms and lobby display opulence. Service was good. However verify your bills at checkout before signing, in our case few "STD phone calls were added" and when we pointed it out, it was removed. Buffet Breakfast was nice but lacked wide range and options.
Went out on a family outing to kebabs and curries. Clean and delicious is what I would describe the food and the evening as. The mutton was perfect and so was their paneer. Extremely good servings and we were really well taken care of . Definitely recommend a family lunch or dinner at this place
